Roberta Batchelder is a Keene, N.H. artist. She comes from Kingston, N.Y. and began painting in 1979. She is a member of the Keene Art Association, The Saxtons River Art Guild, Chester Vermont Art Guild, Jaffrey Civic Center and Thorne Sagendorf Art Gallery in Keene, N.H.

She studied with Richard Whitney of Stoddard, N.H., Numael Pulidio of Hancock, N.H. and the late Jean Pratt Fisher of West Brattleboro, VT.

She paints in oils and enjoys landscapes and still lifes. Her paintings depict scenes of New England as well as France and other countries she has visited.

Her paintings have been shown in banks and hospitals around New England as well as Colony Mill Market Place in Keene, NH.
