JULES HEBERT, a Keene native, began studying transparent watercolor painting when he retired. Mostly, self-taught, he has taken classes in advanced watercolor painting at the Sharon Arts Center, and studied with internationally known artists. He is a member of the Keene Art Assoc., Saxton’s River Art Guild, Sharon Arts Center, and the American Watercolor Society. He is known for his landscapes, seascapes and architecturals. In addition to teaching privately, Mr. Hebert is currently teaching his watercolor techniques to evening Adult Education Students at Keene High School.
